2021 Grey colt by LORD LARINO LS

LOUIS VITTON LS is a flashy young colt with extravagant movement and great jumping style. ​Stefanie Egger who broke LOUIS VITTON LS in January this year had this to say about the 3 year old who had virtually no handling until loaded on the float to Dannevirke.

BLOODLINES

Sire of Louise Vitton LS is LORD LARINO LS who represents great value and has inherited the best bloodlines in NZ through his dam TOP LADY LS who is out of a full sister to the unbeatable SUPER MOTH LS who in the 1990s with rider John Cottle won more than 75 classes including 44 at Grand Prix level. He was NZ Showjumper of the Year 5 times. SUPER MOTH LS was a little horse at 15.3 hh but had the right attitude to take on the big fences.  

LORD LARINO LS is by the frozen semen sire keur KWPN sire LARINO by the legendary CONCORDE making this stallion a good cross of European and NZ bloodlines. CONCORDE was the sire of VOLTAIRE (grandsire of NZ's VOLTAIRE II). LORD LARINO'S oldest youngsters already include the winner of the NZ National 5 Year Old title FLORENCE with rider Logan Massie at the NZ National Young Horse Championships in 2019 and the 6 Year Old title the following year. The combination are now jumping at WC level.

DIOR LS is out of a full sister to the legend SUPER MOTH who won 75 classes - 44 at GP level. Her sire Daimler LS was a full brother was a top GP Showjumper DAYLIGHT LS with Philip Steiner. Her pedigree therefore includes a double cross to the legendary foundation sire DISTELFINK.
