This year we are offering just about our whole collection of young stock for sale - a total of 40+ horses from foals to 7 year olds. We are running in a Dutch Auction format where starting at $50,000 + gst you can have your pick of what is on offer. After the first week, we will drop the price level twice a week by $2,000 and take out 1 or 2 that we would prefer to keep. So you have to decide when to come in and if you wait, will you miss out?
Just so you appreciate - we don't have a rider in the family (but we working on the grandchildren riding!) so we are not in the business of "keeping our best and selling the rest". All horses we have for sale are quality.
Our offer to you is to take a good look at what is on offer knowing there are some real superstars in the bunch. Your pick! Starting at $50,000 + gst for a first pick of what is on offer in the foals to 8 year olds and including the two stallion prospects - Nashville LS (by Numero Uno) and Cantabrian LS (by Crusader LS). Both young stallions are broken in and ready to ride although Cantabrian LS has not been in work for over a year.
First in with the money gets the horse and we will back it up with a soundness guarantee.
Twice a week after the first week, we will drop the price by $2,000 for a next round of picks and take our picks off the list if they don't make their minimum. We are more than happy to keep several fillies for the future - but we are trying to be fair and say all are up for sale at a price. Even our top bloodlines! And unless the auction goes swimmingly ... we can almost guarantee there will be some of these youngsters sell at $4000. Our bottom price.
Your priorities might be bloodlines, colour, gender or looks. We have photos and videos of all horses on our website to help you get a picture of what is on offer. With full pedigrees, you can learn more about their genetic potential.
All horses will come with registered NZ Sport Horse registration papers and will be branded with the Longspring Stud brand. They will also be microchipped and have DNA profiling on hand.
