Candoo LS
Candoo LS (by Chrome out of Daboo by Distelfink) is a very attractive pony with a nice outline and good conformation. She is a dark chestnut mare that polishes up beautifuly. She holds herself well under saddle and has a beautiful topline. A fantastic mover and overall type. She is a kind natured and is very willing. She is a full sized pony. She would suit a smaller rider or someone looking for a potential broodmare in the future.

Candoo is herself an outstanding jumper and mover so typical of the DISTELFINK bloodlines. Being a ¾ TB cross gives her the warmblood movement but the athletic and responsive ability of the TB which appeals to NZ riders. Like her sire, she displays a good nature and positive attitude.
Sire
CHROME xx is a TB by the top racehorse KRONA. Chrome was used for one year at the stud before gelding where he is now competing successfully in dressage and hack type classes for his rider and has had great success in the pleasure horse and pony ring with Reserve Champion at his first show. He is a flashy chestnut with lots of white – hence the name Chrome!
Dam
Her family background is one of the most successful on the stud. Her mother DABOO LS (by Distelfink) is a young mare from one of Longsprings top families. Daboo’s mother TABOO was the sister to 3 jumpers sold overseas - THE MINDER (J Cottle) to Japan; DOW JONES LS to California, USA and another young rider horse to Holland.
TRIBUNE her sire is by TRIC TRAC who still holds a major place on the NZ all time career wins for showjumping progeny notably because of his sons NATIONWIDE and MR KINCAID; and eventer KIWI who was on the Australian Event Team with Andrew Hoy. NATIONWIDE won the Horse of the Year title twice with Maurice Beatson and MR KINCAID once.
